My Gift Lvl 9999 Unlimited Gacha: Backstabbed In A Backwater Dungeon arrives on Blu-ray
To celebrate the home entertainment release of the thrilling Japanese anime series My Gift Lvl 9999 Unlimited Gacha: Backstabbed in a Backwater Dungeon, I'm Out for Revenge!, we are giving away Blu-ray copies of the complete 12-part season, courtesy of Acorn Media International!
Directed by Katsushi Sakurabi (Gunparade March) with animation from famed studio J.C.Staff, this action-filled fantasy adventure is based on Shisui Meikyo’s popular light novel and manga series. The story takes place in an ancient world populated by nine distinct races, where humanity sits at the very bottom of the hierarchy. Facing constant prejudice, a young human named Light hopes to become a great adventurer using his Unlimited Gacha skill—a unique power allowing him to materialise randomly rolled cards into existence.
Initially dismissed as useless, Light's luck appears to change when he is recruited into the Concord of the Tribes, a party intended to represent all nine races. However, during an expedition to the realm's most dangerous dungeon, his comrades brutally betray him and leave him for dead in its depths.
On the brink of death, Light uses his skill to summon Mei, a Level 9999 warrior maid who swears her absolute loyalty to him. Realising the true, unprecedented scale of his power, Light resolves to seek retribution. Deep underground, he begins building an unstoppable kingdom packed with loyal Level 9999 fighters, preparing to return to the surface as an all-powerful Overlord to cut a bloody path of vengeance.
Featuring clean opening and closing animations alongside both original Japanese audio with English subtitles and the English dubbed version, this two-disc Blu-ray set is an unmissable treat for anime fans.
