Kakao Games and Ocean Drive Studio have revealed a first look at the gameplay of the gruesome, zombie-infested world of God Save Birmingham. The latest trailer shows just how fast the Midlands can turn into the Mad Lands.

In the IGN exclusive, players get a glimpse of what it will be like to step into the boots of a simple British farmer in medieval Birmingham. As if surviving the black plague wasn’t hard enough, players now have to battle a whole different sort of blight - Zombies. Brummie Zombies!

The hospitality of these cuddly 14th century Birmingham locals might see players become a key ingredient in a very unconventional Ploughman’s lunch: they will need to be vigilant; fending off hordes of undead friends and neighbours, foraging for supplies, and taking in the historically accurate* sights (*zombies may not have appeared in 14th century Birmingham) in this upcoming open world survival game.

In addition to this brand new trailer, players can get a glimpse of God Save Birmingham this May at PAX East!

The idyllic, deadly British countryside calls — or, more likely, moans and groans — for players to wishlist God Save Birmingham on Steam today!
