InnerspaceVR, the award-winning studio behind A Fisherman’s Tale and Maskmaker, has officially pulled back the curtain on its most ambitious project yet: Spymaster. Drawing inspiration from the suave audacity of Mission: Impossible and the clever ensemble dynamics of Ocean’s Eleven, this stylish espionage adventure is set to redefine the single-player VR experience.
A World Under Watchful Eyes
In the near future, privacy is a relic of the past. The world is gripped by Protocore, a global surveillance titan led by the enigmatic CEO, PROTUS. With traditional intelligence agencies dismantled, the burden of global security falls to NODE—the last independent spy agency on Earth.
Players will step into the shoes of three distinct agents, each boasting unique traits and skills necessary to dismantle Protocore’s dark agenda. However, being a secret agent isn't just about stealth; it’s about precision.
Master the Timeline
The heart of Spymaster lies in its innovative Temporal Replay System. Using a high-tech gadget known as the C.A.S.S.E.T.T.E., players can rewind time to replay and revise their actions. This "puzzle-action" fusion allows for flawless mission execution—whether you’re defusing a bomb, poisoning a high-profile villain, or ziplining across a city skyline.
"We are standing up for premium single-player games in VR," says Balthazar Auxietre, Co-Founder of InnerspaceVR. "Spymaster is our most challenging game to date... fusing puzzle and action mechanics in a way that has never been done in VR."
Key Features
The Trio: Control three different spies, alternating skills to overcome high-stakes obstacles.
Rewind & Refine: Use the C.A.S.S.E.T.T.E. device to plan and perfect every move.
