Pets Therapy - Desktop Pets is officially expanding its reach with its launch on Steam on 7 August 2026. The unique title transforms any computer desktop into an interactive pixel-art world, bringing a lighthearted virtual pet experience directly to everyday desktop workspaces.

Developed by Csquared Digital, the game features over 75 virtual companions available to roam across the user's screen. Players can interact with a diverse lineup of animals including cats, dogs, pandas, llamas, and lions. The pets spend their time wandering across the display, napping, and eating snacks, while unexpected animated events occasionally occur to disrupt the routine—such as pets getting whisked away by a passing UFO or a vintage Cadillac driving across the display.

The title is purposefully designed as an accessible, humorous stress-relief tool for users who spend extended periods working at screens. It aims to provide brief mental breaks throughout the day for a wide audience, including remote workers, students, content creators, and live streamers looking to add personality to their digital setups.

Having previously established a loyal user base across mobile devices and Mac platforms, this upcoming release expands the title's accessibility by bringing the full experience to Steam for both Windows and Mac players. The Steam launch marks the next step in bringing the casual desktop simulator to computer users worldwide.

Pets Therapy - Desktop Pets will be available to download on Steam from 7 August 2026. Further details regarding the game, updates, and platform availability can be found directly through the developer's official channels and digital storefront listings.
