Today at Gamescom 2021, Com2uS, the global mobile developer of the world-renowned fantasy RPG franchise Summoners War unveiled new details for the upcoming MMORPG-style mobile game heading to mobile and PC, Summoners War: Chronicles.
Featuring iconic monsters, spells and environments from the flagship title, Summoners War: Sky Arena, and the follow-up real-time strategy mobile game, Summoners War: Lost Centuria, Chronicles will offer players the opportunity to participate in thrilling “party play” style matches, while traversing complex landscapes such as deserts, glaciers, and dungeons and solving puzzles to take their teams to glory.

During the Gamescom 2021 showcase, Com2uS unveiled a new developer diary showcasing a first-look at Summoners War: Chronicles. In the video here, Eunjae Lee, Executive Producer at Com2uS, shares the team’s vision for the upcoming MMORPG and the beloved characters such as Orbia, Kina and Cleaf who will continue their stories in Summoners War: Chronicles. The game will feature many familiar monsters from Summoners War: Sky Arena, with five attributes: water, fire, wind, light, and dark, to invoke in real-time battles.
Players will assume the role of the Summoner, and work within a team of three as Orbia, Kina and Cleaf to accomplish various challenges throughout the game. Each Summoner will have distinct abilities that are compatible with specific monsters, allow them to use magical powers, heal or grant buffs, or protect the monsters and fight on the front lines.
